Kama Reader - type of electronic element?

Hello,

I have 2x Scythe Kama Reader and 1 of them is broken. I know why:



I have just taken the same element from working panel and put it instead of this burned (above on picture) and everything work properly.

But I don't know what kind of electric elements it is. It has only "E1" written on. Could anyone of you help me?
