Christmas Survey 2008 - Your opinion is important to us!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The company Scythe EU GmbH looks back on a successful year 2008. We have to owe this success to YOU, our customers. Without the confidence in our products, such a positive development would not have been possible.

Since there is always cause for criticism, we as a manufacturer try to detect and fix problems as early as even possible being in constant dialogue with distributors, resellers and consumers. Only through constant informational exchanges, it is possible to achieve our efforts to implement new ideas effectively and to develop innovative products with superior quality.

We always have our focus on customer satisfaction. Since we know that satisfied customers are not self-evident, we are working constantly to improve our support and service. One large success in 2008 was to continue reducing our response time to support requests in a significant way. Our goal is that each query can be resolved within 24 hours.

To help us continuing to improve, we would like to ask you to take part in our customer satisfaction survey. Use your chance to tell us your thoughts!
