Grossmeister: Welcome back. Ninja should be ok, but not 100% sure, Andy Samurai Master would work in one direction and basically because of AM2 layout the first RAM Slot might get blocked with ASM. Mugen Is fine.
shanizar: ABIT P35 PRO and MSI P35 NEO2-FIR should be fine with the Ninja. I don't see any incompatibility issues with both of those Motherboards.
activity: GA-K8NS-939 seems to be safe, it is even Socket 939, nothing around the socket. That is like a 95% chance of compatibility.
yossa: MSI P35 Platinum is a bit sticky, the coolers have a really crazy design, yet The Ninja PLUS should be compatible to this Mobo. It might be difficult to mount the Push-Pins, because of the cornered Heatpipe.
