HA! If the green light glows continously the floppy-IDE cable my be twisted or rather be connected wrong at the floppy side. Turn the connector 180 degrees and connect it again. Is the power supply cable safely connected? Did you try another one? Is the floppy recognized at the BIOS or BIOS promt? Floppy A and 1,44 MB? Same with the internal USB connector on Mainboard.
