I`ve bought the MSI 790FX-GD70 Mainboard with AMD`s Phenom II X4 965 BE and G-Skill`s Eco DD3-DIMM (F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO) (Link:
G.Skill ECO DIMM Kit 4GB PC3-12800U CL7-8-7-24 (DDR3-1600) (F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO) Preisvergleich bei Geizhals.at Deutschland ). One DIMM is ~4,3 cm high and fits as well as works perfectly together with all components!
I know, that the compatiblity to the MSI 790FX-GD70 is already confirmed (with low dimension DIMMs), but I wanted to support other users and help out configuring their AMD system.
