As for your question for coolers and building a PC. I would be glad to see the Mugen inside your PC. I would recommend Thermalright as VGA cooler, they make good gears and quality is nice as well.
As for the fans, I would rather recommend you S-FLEX fans, because we discontinue Minebea one by one and S-FLEX is better as a fan. Maybe S-FLEX 1600RPM?
I understand what you mean and your requirements are on the higher level. We are indeed working on programmable fan controller but we planned not to release software for it, because most users don't want to install anything on their PC and the software side takes a lot of time and special care. Yet I am checking what can be done ion the software side. OpenSource is nice but probably won't bring us any further as a project. So this part stays open.
To offer a bundle would be on the marketing side, because everyone would expect us to drop the price to make it more appealing etc. We plan to have a test run for a bundle, but I can't say much as well, but to a later moment.
