Next days i'll get a new GTX275 - i'll give Setsu a try with it.
The temperatures where high, when i mounted it on the 4890 - i think this was caused by setting on the capacitors - with not enough pressure on the chip.
For Setsugen Rev.B it will be better to have about 10mm more space between PCB an cooler - nobody needs much PCI slots ...

Then, with the turned fan, it will be a perfect cooler. (Until some PCB designers get on drugs again)
