The Big Shuriken works fine on the Asus P5N7A-VM in an Antec 2480 case.
Current system status:

From left to right:
Hard Disk (Samsung HD103UJ)
integrated graphics from the mainboard
Case Fan (Scythe S-Flex 1200, managed)
CPU Fan (Scythe Big Shuriken, currently unmanaged to cool down the IGP)
4 cores of Intel Q8400
Still at ~ 1500 RPM the system is far quieter than with the stock Intel CPU fan, and cooler as well. Maybe I'll change the single S-Flex 1200 to two S-Flex 800, and then let the BIOS control the Big Shuriken again.
Kudos to you guys; you give us some really quality stuff!

Update from Wed Aug 26:
Just added some pictures of the assembly on
my home page, and some more temperature readings as well. Plus there's a
new test at FrostyTech, which you could link to from the product page.
