after a lot of searching i did find, seems that someone read my mind
that bloke installed the Scythe Mugen-2 CPU cooler on a XFX X58i in CM HAF 932 (i've too ordered the same)
the cooler fan is way clear of the RAM slots i.e. for many types, but as you've said
it could block the first memory slots for Dominator, Reaper HPC, Flex etc.
