While in SPCR Ultra Kazes did get point not having loud noise ( 2000 and 3000 undervolted heavily and 1000 bit ) MikeC and other reviewers and SPCR members have also told that Sound quality is not... Good. Even they achieve 18 d/Ba rating, rattling and high tonalities of Ultra Kazes do come out pretty clearly, making it sound louder than it was. A good quiet fan has no extra sounds, high tonalities but has smooth sound. Like Scythe Slipstream's and NExus RealSilent basic's which are two best Silent fan series in the market with Scythe S-flexes.
However, if you look best fan for Radiator that performs best, Ultra Kazes are way to go. If you care silence there are Slipstreams, if you need higher static pressure quietly there are S-flexes and Gentle Typhoons.
SPCRian's, are mostly very focused in silent computer's and what is quiet to regular user might be untolerably loud for many SPCRian's. After all, experiencing sound and loudness are always subjective to the person.
