your misunderstood something. The temperatur your set is in the Kaze Server is the treshold temperatur or lets say the maximum temperatur, not the minimum temperatur. So if you set 40°C for maximum temperatur, the panel controls the fan step by step to get a temperatur below. But if the temperatur goas above the panel want to prevent this. Thats why it set the fan to full speed.
