I cant disable only starting voltage... I have to disable full option.
Q-fan is something different than pwm or cool&quiet, right?
If this option is only about the cpu_fan, then its not important because I dont use this port(Also, there r no other fan ports in my mobo).
Point is that I m looking for case fans, cool and noiseless
