Yes, we already said that Mugen2 is not designed for fanless function(as well as no other fanless heastsink exists).
But if I put 2 case fans in the right position(the exhaust and the intake), the intake fan will blow staight in mugen2...(this is what u call "decent airflow")
My temperatures are very good in this situation(about 40oC full load). In the winter there will be no fan at all. A fanless Mugen2 can keep very low a Phenom II cpu in winter, believe me...
-So, u tell me to disable the Smart Q-FAN Function from bios option.
