Thanks for your interest. The best place for posting such questions is our big "Compatibility corner".

I don't know how serious you are about overclocking. It also depends on your CPU how far you come. For some decent overclocking Mine CPU Cooler should be OK, but for more serious stuff it is MUgen you need. Both should be OK with your Motherboard.
