Well it seems your right, but as I wrote:
"In the BIOS I can not disable this feature (read-only )."
If I use SpeedFan or similar program I can see (2500 RPM), and adjust the speed of the fan.
It can start my computer with the old fan, and with power on (or in standby) I can switch the wires. Everything works fine then.
The solution for me could be something like connecting both and a switch for start-up (use old fan), and running (new cooler).
