Gigabyte GA-EX58 UD3R. Kama Angle w/LGA 1366 socket mounting bracket.
Intel i7-920 CPU. One 120mm system fan and one 120mm power supply fan. All fans are thermally controlled.
The Kama angle has lots of room on this motherboard. Installation is a small problem due to the Kama Angles lack of clearance. Pushing in the mounting pins is really a guessing game as to whether they "clicked" or not. Just another 7-10mm would be nice.
The Kama Angle reduced the idle CPU temps by 6°C to 36°C. and full load by 14°C to 68°C.
Over clocking on the Gigabyte GA-EX58 UD3R is possible. The Kama Angle kept the CPU temp to 73°C when emulating an i7-940.
Trying to emulate an i7-965 failed as the CPU temp exceeded my 83°C max. setting.
