Hello Anato,
First of all. Its not necessary to turn around the clip on the cooler. With the AM2 Clips only one position works on the cooler, but the cooler itself is quadratic, therefore it plays no role in which position you mount the cooler on your mainboard. The next part is about the right mounting notch. This depends on the cooler, but the Ninja 2 useing the first notch. You may think its to heavy, but all components are designd for this pressure. And under normal circumstances nothing happen. Its tight, yes, and it feels hard to fit, but i can say to you that this ist normal. So mount the cooler outside you case shouled be much easier.
