Yes, I'm the best! I solved it in easy way which is in my eyes the best way for this kind of "problem". Well, it's easier than I thought in the first time. All what you need is foam! Freaky? No! It works perfect!!! I uses some foam of my motherboard package which everybody has who buys a brand new Mainboard. I cut two pieces in the exact length and put them together so I got round about 5-8mm foam sandwich. The best aspect of foam is that I is flexible! DON'T put it on the upper side of your HDD cause there is the biggest area of heat dissipation! The better place is to put the foam on the ground side of the HDD which I did and it works PERFECT!!! My drive is so quiet that I hear my fridge in the kitchen but not the drive! and the most unbelievible thing is the temperature - I have ALL THE DAMN TIME 30°C and it doesn't matte if the drive is working oder is still chilling around it is always on 30°C.

I will always love scythe with their damn freaking godlike products!!!!
