First of all: Before posting here I send a Support Request without response.
The problem: the rear mount of the cooler (that cant be removed because it comes with glue) has a foam to isolate from the rear plate from the motherboard. Now after a couple of years of use(tension and heat) the foam got pierced by the motherboard's pins and the shortcut killed it.
I am currently making scythe responsible of the motherboard loss and I reclaim a substitution of the motherboard and the cooler.
