Can you publish a connection diagram of the Molex adaptor?

Using a multimeter, I was able to measure a connection between +12V pin in Molex connector to 2 pins in the circular connector. The +5V in Molex was connected to two other pins in circular connector. Finally, the two ground pins in Molex were connected to two different pins in circular connector.
Does this indicate correct wiring in my cable?
