Yes.
There is one little difference that would matter if you have a difficult installation and wanted to use the Thermalright Bolt Thru Kit for Socket 775 - this is now slightly harder to install as Ninja 2 no longer offers the possibility to screw from the top with a long srew driver.
The design is now completely closed - no access to the screws possible. But this is only relevant for a very special setup.
