The question if blowing or sucking makes any difference is an ongoing discussion.

As Ninja is rather "independent" from the airflow blowing or sucking doesn't matter as much as it did with coolers like Mugen due to their narrow fins. Mugen benefits much more than Ninja from higher rpms and higher static pressure whilst Ninja was designed for passive or semi-passive usage with very low fan speeds.

Watch your temps, test it - but as hiroshige said I believe there won't be big differences for sucking through Ninja or blowing through Ninja.
