1) I am still concerned about the pulse frequency. The W83627EHF data sheet says that CPUFANOUT is divided down from either 180 KHz or 24 MHz. Which means the fan gets less than 1 KHz or as much as 50 KHz.
What is best for a KAMA-PWM?

2) I also assume the fan is expecting 3.3V. Will it take 5V without damage?
