First thing that could interfere is this line of capacitors parallel to the ATX I/O shield but as virtually every manufacturer of boards with P35 chipset Abit will also be using rather low capacitors so mounting of
Ninja and Mini Ninja should be safe concerning this point.
RAM slots are "far" away from the CPU socket but with
Ninja I'd guess the fan will hang above the slot closest to the socket - so don't use RAMs modules with large heatsinks/heatpipes there. No probs concerning this with
Mini Ninja expected.
BUT: The chipset heatsink left of the CPU socket is hughe! This could be a real problem. Look at the pics on this page:

It is really high. Could fit with
Mini Ninja but could be a problem with
Ninja.

It would be nice to know the height in mm.
