My room ambient temperature is [+/-] 2-3 deg. the temperature indicated by the sensors. My case is a moded Chieftec Mesh series case (
Chieftec Mesh). The cooling is 100% air. To achieve low temperatures for the mobo, I installed a fan to blow air on the Voltage Regulator Module (VRM) area. Because the mobo temperature sensor is placed very close to that area, it indicates low temperatures. See

As you can see air cooling can be just as good as fluid cooling if u can master it. The secret lies in the design of the air flow and PWM controlled fans.
