Scythe can help you with this. Mugen uses a special mounting system so you'll need replacement parts that were really designed for Mugen.
You can use the Mugen with the retention kit but you need the original Socket 478 clips from Mugen anyway. I believe Scythe can send you a pair of new S478 clips for the Mugen mounting system.
And yes you can also use the TR Kit for Socket 775. You would replace the pushpins by spring loaded screws. This means mechanically remove the palstic pushpins from the original Mugen Socket 775 clips then place the backplate from TR Socket 775 kit on your board's backside and use the screws from the kit to mount Mugen. This is quite tricky as there's virtually no room for usage of screwdrivers - this works much easier with Ninja.
I'd advise you to wait for a reply by Scythe staff and use the socket 478 mounting clips with the Scythe Retention Kit.
