I'm sorry if I insulted you in some way, but it seemed very strange to me that a CPU overclocked to more than 3 Ghz can be cooled down to about 25°C with an air-cooler.
I see that your MB temperature is very low, too; do you have special case-coolers, or is it possible that the ambient room temperature is rather low?
