Thank you. I appreciate your support, and having a conduit to feed back to development.
I am seriously impressed with Scythe coolers, and the Zipang especially. I am looking forward to a professional quality mounting system. The Intel push-pin system is flimsy at best, and insufficient for a heavy cooler.
I use the Thermalright LGA-775 kits (very high quality), but they are difficult to use, due to no hex heads on the bolts. I tolerate this, because I build high end systems and need the best quality. I would much prefer a similar quality Scythe kit optimized for Scythe coolers.
The Intel push-pin mount uses a standard installed height, so a bolt-through kit can use the same standard height. A heavy cooler such as Zipang or Orochi, should never be blindly installed on a board with push-pins. One should always check the rear side to make sure the pins are secure.
