Hello everyone,
I am having a problem with my Mugen for a while now. The temps are too high and even my stock Intel cooler performs better then my Mugen does.

So the temps are way too high for a Mugen. On a other Dutch forum I started this topic aswell, and the conclusion they made was too high temps aswell. Especially since the voltage is only at 1.3 volt.
What I tried:
- Refitted the Mugen with stock Scythe thermal paste, sometimes very little paste, sometimes a bit more. No change in temps.
- Refitted the Mugen and turned it 90 degrees. When the Mugen is placed vertical I got way better temps in the beginning. Now that's gone too.
- Added an extra fan, no change in temps.
- Bought the Scythe Retention Kit. No change in temps. (Better fit though)
- Used a tie-rip for better fit, temps decreased with about 2c.
The Mugen does feel a bit warm, but not thát warm. So basicly, I tried ev-ery-thing to change the temps...
I am very interested in your opinions.
