I maybe wrong but it looks bad IMHO. Those capacitors above the CPU socket seem to be too close and will probably collide with Mugens heatsink directly above the cooler socket. And in this Socket 478 setup you cannot even rotate Mugen (90 degrees) to avoid the capacitors cause Mugen's tool free mounting systems allows only on mounting direction for S478 (longer side of Mugen parallel to ATX IO shield).
