Shuriken has a bit overrated dbA. If you use it with PWM, it is really silent. Should be fine with 89W for sure. It depends on what is your biggest priority.
Andy Samurai Master and Zipang woudl work as well, but they will be a lot bigger compared to Shuriken. I think Shuriken would do the job.
