It is the energy efficient version with 89 W TDP instead of 125 W. I consider
using the Shuriken because it is a low-noise type, gives enough cooling power
for most CPUs, will not use too much space in all directions, has an attractive
price and should deliver air to many other components like RAMs and voltage
regulators. PWM will additionally reduce noise, as there will be long idle times.
And if I should move, it is better to transport a computer with a low profile,
ultra-light cooler on the CPU than with a heavy tower. In short, the Shuriken
seems to be the best combination of cooling power, low-noise and a few other
positive properties available for its price.
