That's a sticky one, happens very rarely. Sorry for the inconvenience.
1. How is your temperature inside the case?
2. Does the whole Cooler getting warm?
3. Did you try to turn the Ninaj PLUS by 90° or 180°? It might change the contact area.
Worst case:
As you have tested a few different solutions, I can cut these out. The biggest problem is the IHS of the CPU. I experienced that all Intel IHS are taller on the outside. This means if Ninja PLUS has the tolerance of the base going same way (direction of the cooler) you get a hole between both and the contact is really bad. Even best compound would not help. I hope it is not the reason, but we will see based on your answers on above questions.
