AhhooOOo: You are right, that row will be a problem. Either you are lucky and they are already bent to the side or you have to pull them to the side. If that is not the case, I would say it is not compatible, sorry. As Oli said, Mugen should be fine.

Superczynski: Normal Ninja PLUS will not work as far as I know. I would say "not compatible", to be on the safe side.

xafier: If I understood well, then you just can buy the Universal Retention Kit, it has a backplate solution combined with a Socket 939 retention, alls crews are supplied. Ninja PLUS should be compatible to the mobo, the capacitors are rather on the outside where the heatpipes are not located, based on your image.

Abit UL8 has the capacitors too close to the socket. You have to push them away, or they are already sodlered away from the socket, if you are lucky. Other than that it would be "not compatible" because of these.
