Shinigami should comment on this. Capacitors are a problem with the Socket 478 bracket of Ninja - i don't know about scoket 939. The rest seems fine. So if the bracket for AMD clears the capacitors it'll fit. Cause none of the caps is higher than 39mm which would be the critical height for Ninja.
