You probably can't use heatpipe equipped RAM modules in the RAM slot closest the socket but normal modules should be fine.
There's so much room around the CPU socket/ret module - should be compatible.
EDIT: Saw other pictures of the chipset cooler now - it's really low profile.

I have regular sized RAM, it certainly fits ok underneath the ninja on my current mobo so I cant see it being a problem with another mobo
Think I'll spend £70 on that motherboard and keep my aging 939 X2 processor going another 6 months or so till 45nm quads are a bit cheaper and then make that jump for a brand spanking new setup... of course, with my Scythe Ninja, or another Scythe heatsink
