My first thought: looks safe for Ninja.
Second thought: if chipset cooler isn't too high Ninja should fit without problems.
You probably can't use heatpipe equipped RAM modules in the RAM slot closest the socket but normal modules should be fine.
There's so much room around the CPU socket/ret module - should be compatible.
EDIT: Saw other pictures of the chipset cooler now - it's really low profile.
