First of all this MB looks much safer than the M2N32 Sli you also asked for. Nevertheless the RAM sockets are very near to the CPU socket. The fan can be installed above the RAM sockets with Ninja - I had this setup running for months (not this board but fan above RAM sockets). But please note that you cannot use RAM with heatpipes or cooling elements ("overclocking RAM"). Standard RAM modules should be safe.

I cannot guarantee that'll fit but it looks good with the above restrictions.
