Ok now i havr installed the kit and the temos are now better under idle but under load they keep increasing above 95°.
No mainboard componets are touched ! there´s like 2/10mm distance tothe transistors.
yes i tried with less thermal grease (the last test was with applied ac cooling mx2 grease thin like a sheet of paper.
If the headspreader wouldnt be even how could the boxed cooler have a better performance??
the airflow could be better when case is closed but the test was with an open case.
And i ound also a part of the problem:
the little cooler an top of the backplates(were no air
arrives is the hottest part of he cooler and theres no way to provide air with the standard cooler so i placed another by hand and could stabilize the temps at 75°
@ load which is a little success for me.
but it´still unaceptable for me
