Thumbs down CPU gets to Hot

Hello,
I got a problem with my new Ninja Plus Rev. b

I installed the cooler on my gigabyte EP35 DS3P Motherboard with a intel Q6600 CPU (G0 stepping) @2400 Ghz !not overclocked!

My tempretures in idle after 15 min. fan@ 1200 RPM are( measured with everest + coretemp)

core1- 51°
core2- 52°
core3- 49°
core4- 50°

fluctuating +/- 2°

under Load with 4 Threads of prime

the temps jump within 2-3 minutes to

core1- 85°
core2- 86°
core3- 79°
core4- 81°

...and increasing

then i stop the test because i think thats hot enought

What i did so far :

took the cooler off and tried with more heat-conductive-paste
result was the same! temperatures to high

took the cooler off again uninstalled the motherboard, tried another
heat-conductive-paste and applied an ultra thin layer of the paste, controlled the fitting of the f***ing pins (LGA775)

installed everything again ..
but the temperatures are still much to hot (maybe 3° cooler under idle; under load they would still increase till the CPU shut down.

Anyone an idea what i could do ? The temps with the boxed cooler was much lower .

I could provide later some pictures of my installation ,currently i´m at work.
