socket A is dead for years. you wont see any new coolers for it.
also it's questionable to buy a high-end heatsink for a soA.
the actual value of the pc's core components wont be much more the costs of such a heatsink and cooler.
if you need a heatsink try to get an old one from ebay and save the rest of the money for a new machine.
/e: just took a closer look at the shuriken dimensions - the base is similar to the andy's so it's technically not really possible to make an adapter. on soA the mounting holes are on the long side of the socket while the mounting clamps will be attached to the short side of the coolers base. thus the clamps would have to go "around the corner".
