Unfortunately Core Temps are not correct when it comes to AMD Brisbanes
Because the DTS reading in the CPU is broken and outputs about 15-20C lower temperatures than it should.
Here is HWMONITOR PIC and check for the difference between CORE TEMP and motherboard sensor:
Shrani.si - BrezplaÄna spletna shramba za vaÅ¡e datoteke.
Here's a reference where AMD has confirmed that it is a bug:
ALCPU Forums :: View topic - Low temperature readings with 'Brisbane' (RevG)

So I I guess I can only trust the motherboard temperatures.

Are you sure that I didn't mount Scythe wrong. Now I am running the CPU at 3000MHZ /w 1.38v and the maximum temperature is ~54C with the FAN set at 50% power but the HS is barely warm. And if heatsink is measured by a diode it says 29C.
