leventer74: MSI 865pe NEO2-PS seems to be Socket 478. Only the capacitors around the socket could be an issue, besides that there seems to be nothing interfering mounting.
p935: Asus P5K PRO should be fine as you mentioned. Mounting the Push Pins should ok as others have used them too. As for the DHX RAM, never tried, but they seem to be pretty far away. Worst case, you use the second slot for RAM. If you mount the fan not over the RAM, should be fine with first slot.
