After trying everything with the Ninja, I decided to go for another cooler. So I bought the Mugen and just installed it. With exactly the same setup as written above with the Ninja the temps are now idle 7° / load 10° lower. In a few days, when the thermal grease has burned in, it will probably go down another 3-4°. My conclusion: don't use the Ninja if you want to OC your PC.
In a few weeks I need build a quiet server, I will then probably need the Ninja again for a fanless installation.
