Hi TiLK,
Thanks for confirming the compatibility, which is a bit individual as most of the times.
1. The RAM should ideally not be touched by the metal-clip, as some parts of the ram are soldered and these spots could get you some problems. If the clip touches the RAM heatsink, then no problem at all, because both Ninja PLUS, the Clip and the RAM Heatsink should not have any contact to any pwer source, otherwise you would grill your CPU and the IHS is not supplying any power, neither the RAM CHIPs are.
2. Northbridge Coolers are same as above, they are for cooling and not transport any power or get in contact with any source, it's just not good for Mobo or better "it's not planned to have it".
