MOTHERBOARD COMPATIBILITY:

MSI K9N Neo-F mobo, and Mine rev. B -- installed the cooler on this board in a standard ATX case without any problems. Very straightforward (using the AM2 clip set), with no mobo components in any danger of contact.

The only caveat is that the clip facing the PSU is awkward to clamp down with the PSU in place, especially if you've got big hands. Would definitely be easier with the PSU removed, but then you would need to be sure the cooler won't interfere with getting the PSU back in place!
