HI I can confirm that the Ninja Plus Rev. B
fits the gigabyte X38 DS4, none of the heat pipes or fins touch any part of the mobo but the fan covers the first 2 Ram slots and there is only about 5mm space between these so may be a problem with some Ram with large heat speader/pipes.

I have the Thermaltake Soprano case which gives plenty of room for lifting the Ninja fan upwards on the heat sink to give more clearance to the ram should you need it.
