Default Passively cooling a cpu with a Big Shuriken 2

I own an Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200. It consumes (according to Gigabyte's DES) less than 26 Watts under full load and want to know if it is possible to use the Big Shuriken 2 (Rev B) without fan, to passively cool this processor. I have one casefan blowing air out the top and one out of the back of my case (Antec Three Hundred).

If this is possible, I would also like to know the maximum Wattage the BS2 can cool passively (in regards to overclocking).

Oh, and I'd like to use the BS2 because I'm definately not a fan of those huge 500gr.+ tower heatsinks.

Thank you for your answer.
