Katana 2 works fine on a Gigabyte P35-DS3 with the Universal ret. Kit.

There is just a little contact, but nothing bent or so. I attached a picture of it.

I assembled the Katana 2 with the "loose" hooks on the side "to chassis back" - maybe there's no touch vice versa, I don't know.
