Google shows some people using this combination so it should fit. Always remember the generic info on fan and RAM issues (sticky thread). This is true for almost any mainboard.

Fans on big coolers like Mugen 2 will virtually ever cover at least one RAM slot when mounted on RAM side. But i commented on that in the thread i referred to.

Also production details of boards can be changed so that parts on the backside could interfere with Mugen's backplate. But this is only true in very rare cases.
